Sichuan Boiled Beef

Boiled beef in spicy broth is a classic Sichuan dish known for its bold numbing-spicy flavor, featuring tender and silky beef, a vibrant red broth, and a hot, fragrant, and fresh taste. Beef is rich in high-quality protein and iron, while the addition of bean sprouts provides dietary fiber. This dish is not too difficult for beginners, but attention should be paid to heat control and the safety of pouring hot oil; overall preparation takes about forty minutes.
